{"id":1568,"date":"2016-08-08T23:45:13","date_gmt":"2016-08-08T23:45:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mvp-athletics.com\/blog\/?p=1568"},"modified":"2016-08-08T23:58:48","modified_gmt":"2016-08-08T23:58:48","slug":"argentinian-red-shrimp-and-egg-white-noodle-pesto-pasta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mvp-athletics.com\/blog\/?p=1568","title":{"rendered":"Argentinian Red Shrimp and Egg White Noodle Pesto Pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One great meal that can be easily prepared within 15min total (and you can make a few servings of the same meal in that amount of time; just depends how many you want).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prep\/Cook Time:<\/strong> 15min<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n16oz Argentinian Red Shrimp (frozen OK)<br \/>\n4oz (dry) Egg Noodle Pasta<br \/>\n2oz Diced Chipotle Peppers<br \/>\n4tbsn Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pesto Sauce<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking Procedure:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Boil Shrimp until cooked (10min)<br \/>\n2. Once Boiled, mix shrimp with diced chipotle peppers.<br \/>\n3. Saut\u00e9 shrimp with the chipotle for roughly 5 minutes max.<br \/>\n4. Boil Pasta until cooked (10min)<br \/>\n5. Strain pasta from water, place back into the cooking pot.<br \/>\n6. Add 4tbsn pesto sauce into the pasta, and mix together.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nMeal Separation (optional \ud83d\ude42 )<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Place two equal portions of pasta into two meal containers.<br \/>\n2.
