{"id":413,"date":"2013-03-30T19:36:10","date_gmt":"2013-03-30T19:36:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mvp-athletics.com\/blog\/?p=413"},"modified":"2015-11-06T23:40:46","modified_gmt":"2015-11-06T23:40:46","slug":"homemade-protein-pancakes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mvp-athletics.com\/blog\/?p=413","title":{"rendered":"Homemade Protein Pancakes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Homemade protein pancakes today:) i know there is a bajillion different recipes out there for these, but here&#8217;s what I do:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 3\/4cup raw oats<br \/>\n\u2022 5 egg whites<br \/>\n\u2022 2 scoops of whey (Allmax Isoflex vanilla was used in this case)<br \/>\n\u2022 1 medium banana<br \/>\n\u2022 1tbsn cinnamon<\/p>\n<p>Version for females:<br \/>\n\u2022 1\/3cup raw oats<br \/>\n\u2022 3 egg whites<br \/>\n\u2022 1 scoops of whey protein (any flavor)<br \/>\n\u2022 1\/2 medium banana<br \/>\n\u2022 1tbsn cinnamon<br \/>\n\u2022 2 splenda or stevia packets<br \/>\n\u2022 add water to degree of thickness you want<\/p>\n<p>Blend all ingredients above. Should come out very thick.
