Detox yourself a bit, increase veggies\/fruits\/fats, and decrease protein. It might spike your system renewed again after a week. Also, taking a solid digestive enzyme\/probotic supplement can help keep the food processing nicely throughout your system. <\/p>\n<p>Are you doing any cardio? If the answer is NO, then add some.
