At that point, I stick only to my nutritional vitamin supplements only, along with whole foods for my daily calorie intake. I find that removal of whey protein, preworkouts, carb powders, etc help bring into the show harder\/dryer. Many supplements contain so many added fillers, additives, ingredients, that it is hard to manage what the body is really working good with, and what it isn&#8217;t.
