No matter what you do in the gym, what supplements you take, what enhancement drugs you&#8217;re taking, will NOT give you the physique you want unless your nutrition plan is solid, balanced, and built for the results you want!&#8230;and please never consider a &#8220;fad&#8221; diet a proper nutrition plan.
