I can bet, for the most part, my meal #1 is 2\/3s of your ENTIRE daily intake. Ya..you are NOT GROWING&#8230;you are just getting rid of water, fat, and (yes) some muscle while dieting down. Unless you are highly anabolic (yes, ON GEAR), you are not growing a peep of muscle. You are just showing off what you built in the offseason.
