If so, compare it to what I ingested thus far today&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Meal 1:<br \/>\n7 egg-whites\/2 whole-eggs\/mushrooms\/tomatoes &#038; onions<br \/>\n1 cup oatmeal with 1\/2 banana &#038; 1oz walnuts<br \/>\n1\/3 cup granola (added to oatmeal)<br \/>\n1 banana granola muffin (bakery baked)<br \/>\n1 scoop whey protein (chocolate) with 6oz fat free milk &#038; water shake<\/p>\n<p>Meal 2:<br \/>\n10oz chicken breast<br \/>\n1\/2 sliced avocado<br \/>\n2 cups mixed green salad mix<\/p>\n<p>Intra-workout \/\/ trained: high-volume &#038; heavy chest<br \/>\n60g powdered carbs<br \/>\n10g amino acids<br \/>\n5g creatine mono<\/p>\n<p>post-workout:<br \/>\n50g whey protein<br \/>\n10g creatine mono<\/p>\n<p>Meal 3:<br \/>\n10oz chicken breast<br \/>\n3\/4 cup white sushi rice<br \/>\n1tbsn olive oil<br \/>\n3oz sliced pineapple<\/p>\n<p>Meal 4:<br \/>\n8oz chicken breast<br \/>\n1 cup white sushi rice<br \/>\n1tbsn olive oil<br \/>\n3oz sliced pineapple<\/p>\n<p>still have 2-3 meals to go today&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>KEEP EATING PEOPLE!!
