
Chicken Kababs with Jasmine White Rice
Here is a good solid meal that will have a great balance of nutrients. Very simple and tasty, and here’s what to do!
Prep/Cook Time: 15-20min total
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast
Bell Peppers
Red Onion
Jasmine Rice
Red Sweet Chilli Sauce
Cooking:
1. Develop the kababs however you’d like, then place on the BBQ for roughly 15-20min (depending on thickness of chicken portions).
2. Once rice pot is at boil, bring down to low/simmer for 15min (covered)
Serving:
1. Place rice on plate
2. Place chicken kababs on-top of rice
3. Add sweet chilli sauce on-top. (presentation is key!)
