Welcome to my personal training/nutrition/fitness blog. Here you can read, and experiment, with all the things that I have come across my career within the fitness industry. Please know that many of these things are my personal opinions, and they have worked well for me. So please don’t take my information as being “THE ONLY WAY, and everyone else is wrong.” I have experimented with alot of routines, diets, supplements, etc throughout the years, and during that time I had no one to teach me the proper techniques/methods. So this is my way of giving back to everyone that is in the same boat that I was….there is no need to hide the secrets of the goal that so many of us have in common.
Mission Statement
mVp Athletics, with the Maximum Muscle Personal Traininig Program, will help educate, motivate and support our clients with a positive attitude throughout the entire program. We will be organized in planning a valuable fitness/eating program, and will provide clear directions and realistic feedback. With our experience & knowledge, we will help our clients plan and obtain measurable, realistic goals and optimize their chance for a successful experience.
Our main goal is to support and inspire our clients in adopting a healthy-eating lifestyle by planning weekly meals to meet their nutritional needs.
When it comes to sport-specific training/nutrition (golf, football, bodybuilding, basketball, tennis, etc.), our main focus will be improving all aspects of the state the clients is in, and improving total performance, as well as bodily figure.
Inspiring people to change their lives by becoming more physically active and educate them on nutritional food choices is what gives Maximum Muscle Personal Training & Fitness its motivation to help others succeed in their fitness goals.
